Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 and above for U.S. deliveries except for addresses in the states of Hawaii or Alaska.

Mother and Kub ships Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS, FedEx, and UPS from Arkansas. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order before it ships. Costs of delivery and delivery times will vary depending upon shipping destination. 

Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. 

Lost or Stolen Items

Mother and Kub is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Promotional Codes

Only one promotional code can be used at a time. Multiple codes will not be authorized. 

International Shipping

For international orders, we use the following major curriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Customers are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. 

Mother and Kub does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

No returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
